RENTAL RATES:
THE JOHN D. HAYNES HOUSE HAS A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM. THE COST IS $275.00
PER NIGHT PLUS TAX. A MAXIMUM OF FOUR (4) PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO OCCUPY THE PROPERTY DURING ANY RESERVED STAY. RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF IT IS DISCOVERED THERE ARE MORE THAN (4) PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
NO PETS ARE PERMITTED.
ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN ALLOWED.
DEPOSIT:
A 50% DEPOSIT OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS DUE AT THE
TIME OF THE RESERVATION.
BALANCE DUE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
BALANCE DUE IS REQUIRED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE
DATE OF ARRIVAL. THE BALANCE DUE WILL BE PLACED ON YOUR CARD AT THAT
TIME. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO STAY AT THE TIME
YOU HAVE RESERVED, YOU MAY EITHER SUBSTITUTE GUESTS WITH 30 DAYS PRIOR
NOTIFICATION OF THE CHANGE OR FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT. ALL OTHER RULES
AND REGULATIONS WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A $500.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AND WILL BE
CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD UPON ARRIVAL. The
deposit will be refunded and credited back on your
credit card within 72 hours of departure
provided no damage to the premises has
occurred. In the event of accidental
damage a report must be filed immediately
by calling (260) 623-6310 OR (260) 312-9073 cell.
Guests hereby agree to accept responsibility for any damages to the
premises and its contents. In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be
notified in advance of any charges to their account for damages caused
during their stay.
ADMINISTRATION/SERVICE FEE:
A one-time administration and service fee of $50 will be added to your final payment due 30 days prior to your reservation date.
MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is not provided. Daily service may
be arranged for an additional fee. All linens, including towels, are
provided.
FOOD SERVICE: No food products except coffee, tea, sugar and coffee
creamer are provided. The house is, however, equipped with cooking utensils,
dishes and small & large appliances should you wish to cook. Supermarkets
are less then 1 mile away.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES AT
CHECKOUT: Leave keys on kitchen counter. Close
and lock all windows and doors.
